About Me: Finding Healing Through Art and Photography
Hello there! My name is Dale White, and I am an artist and photographer. My journey with these creative forms started as a hobby, but it slowly turned into a healing process when I was diagnosed with a heart health issue.
Dealing with a health issue was not easy. It made me feel vulnerable and helpless, leaving me with a lot of negative emotions. But as I immersed myself in my art and photography, I found solace and peace.
Through my art, I was able to process my emotions and feelings in a healthy way. It allowed me to express myself without uttering a word. I found myself losing the attachment to the things that were stressing me out and focusing on creating something beautiful.
In my photography work, I discovered the power of mindfulness. I would often take long walks and photograph whatever caught my attention. It felt like a form of meditation, an escape from negative thoughts, and a way to connect with the present moment.
Through my journey, I realized that art and photography can be very therapeutic. My experience inspired me to share my journey with others and use my work to inspire them.
I hope to inspire others to find their own creative form of therapy. To realize that art can heal a broken heart, that photography can make you appreciate the beauty of life, and that creativity can change your life.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
